Service and Community Engagement at FestPGH

FestPGH will feature local organizations serving the Pittsburgh region within a shared space designed for encounter.
This is not simply an opportunity to distribute information. It is an opportunity to invite people into meaningful action.
Attendees will have the chance to meet organizations, hear their stories, and discover concrete ways to get involved.
Organizations will be situated alongside religious communities, creating an environment where service and vocation are experienced together. -
Before You ApplyBefore submitting your application, please review the following:
- Participation is by application and does not guarantee acceptance.
- Each participating community will be provided with one 10’ x 10’ tented booth space and one table.
- Electricity will not be provided.
- Communities must be fully staffed and present for the entire duration of the Festival (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM).
- Participants will be assigned a specific load-in time between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and will have a 30-minute window to unload and move their vehicle.
- All booths must be fully set up by 12:00 PM.
- Participation is expected to be relational and engaging. Booths should be designed to invite interaction, not simply distribute materials.
- At least one member of the organization should be actively present at the booth at all times.
- If selected, participants will be required to agree to Festival policies and guidelines.
