The FestPGH Artist Market is a curated outdoor marketplace featuring artists and makers whose work adds beauty, creativity, and energy to the festival experience. 

A central focus of FestPGH, this market will bring together a select group of artists working across a range of mediums in a high-visibility festival setting at Highmark Stadium in Pittsburgh on Saturday, September 19, 2026. FestPGH is a free regional music and arts festival designed to foster connection, belonging, and meaningful encounter across the Pittsburgh region. 

The Artist Market is intended to complement the festival atmosphere by showcasing high-quality, original work in a welcoming and well-executed environment. 

Artists and makers are invited to apply to participate in the FestPGH Artist Market. 

We are seeking artists whose work is original, well-crafted, and well-suited for a lively public festival setting. The market will be curated across a range of mediums and is intended to create a visually engaging, high-quality experience for festival attendees. 

Selected vendors will have the opportunity to share and sell their work in front of a large and diverse audience throughout the day.

Before submitting your application, please review the following: 

• All work must be original and sold by the artist or maker applying.
• This is an application only and does not guarantee participation.
• If selected, vendors will be expected to agree to the FestPGH Vendor Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Artists must be present and booths fully staffed for the duration of the market.
• Each selected vendor will be provided with one 10’ x 10’tented booth space.
• Each booth will have access to one standard electrical outlet intended for low-power use only.
• Vendors must provide all other materials needed for their booth, including tables, chairs, extension cords, displays, and point-of-sale equipment.
• Vendors will be assigned a staggered load-in window between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day of the festival.
• Each vendor will have 30 minutes to unload and move their vehicle.
• All booths must be fully set up by 12:00 noon.
• Booths must remain fully staffed and operational until 10:00 PM.
• Booth fee is $115 upon acceptance. 
• Artists retain 100% of sales. 
• Liability insurance is required.
• Additional participation details will be shared with selected vendors.
