Music runs through Jared Coad’s veins. Growing up in rural Michigan, his love for great beats began on a basement drum kit and an out-of-tune piano. Now, he performs as both a DJ and speaker, specializing in EDM and hip hop. He has worked alongside renowned performers such as NF, Flame, Indie Tribe, and Lecrae. He has also opened for artists such as Skillet, Toby Mac, and Pentatonix. Coad’s set designs can be seen in both the Dove Awards and the Grammy’s. He has hosted the Big Ticket Festival, Life Festival, and Unity Fest. He is also well known for his travels overseas, performing in Australia, South Africa, and Portugal, where he performed for Pope Francis. Mike was raised in the Kansas City area and proudly still calls KC his home, living in the Historic West Bottoms District. Always having a passion for drawing and painting, Mike studied art and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
